

The National Forestry Commission (CONAFOR) informed that the first forest fire was registered in the state, which consumed 30 hectares.
According to national statistics, the agency indicated that this year 1,121 forest fires were detected and controlled throughout the country, with the exception of Baja California, Baja California Sur and Campeche.

The agency indicated that most of the reports corresponded to outbreaks, burning of garbage or brush or grass on highways, in other words, cases that are part of a typical season with no major effects.
