“I have the greatest pain in my soul”, with these words, a relative of Cipriano Torres, who was deprived of his freedom by an armed group outside his home in Chetumal last Sunday, confirmed through social networks that the businessman was found dead.
Last Sunday night, members of the Quintana Roo Police and the State Attorney General’s Office went to the end of Erick Paolo Martínez Avenue in the Antorchistas neighborhood, following a report to the 911 emergency number operators of the discovery of a body with signs of violence on a dirt road.
At the scene it was learned that the lifeless body was that of businessman Cipriano Torres López, who was “lifted” by armed men outside his home on March 19.
A video captured by a security camera, which was disseminated nationally, shows the exact moment in which Cipriano was surprised by three criminals who arrived on board a white vehicle, two of them wearing black long-sleeved shirts and one in blue, forced him into the car and took him away.
Family members confirm death of businessman
After almost 12 hours of speculation about the body found last night in Chetumal, unfortunately this morning a relative of Cipriano Torres confirmed through social networks that the businessman was found dead and everything indicates that it is the same lifeless body located at the end of Erick Paolo Martinez Avenue.
“I have the greatest pain in my soul. Today you will sail other seas with calmer waters, but I know that at some point the waves of our courses will meet again, all your life you will live in my heart. I LOVE YOU… KISS TO HEAVEN LOVE”, were the farewell words of Cipriano Torres’ family member on Facebook.
