The groundbreaking ceremony for the SLS Bahia Beach luxury residential project took place with the participation of development partners Jorge Perez, Roberto Kelleher, Antonio Elosua and Carlos Ancira, who, equipped with shovels and construction helmets, broke ground for the project (Cancun: SLS creates a luxury complex with four skyscrapers).

In front of numerous guests, the partners shared some key facts about the iconic tower, which is part of the SLS Cancun, SLS Harbour Beach and SLS Marina Beach residential buildings, all located in the private Novo Cancun gated community within Puerto Cancun, with a 250-meter waterfront and surrounded by boutiques, restaurants, a golf course and marina.

The 20-story luxury residential tower will house 112 residential condominiums ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, including 6 penthouses each with private rooftops, 2.8 meter high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows for energy savings and glass walls for expansive views of the Caribbean Sea.

The sample apartment, created by interior designer Sofia Aspe, is the prelude to what is to come in this luxurious project. Like the first three towers, SLS Bahia Beach will feature an extensive art collection in the common areas.

The developers explained that with approximately 40% of the units sold, SLS Bahia Beach by Sofia Aspe offers one of the last opportunities to acquire a residence in Novo Cancun, where like its sister towers, together they have brought a touch of the best of Miami to Cancun.

It is worth mentioning that partner Jorge M. Perez, president and CEO of Related Group, has been at the forefront of South Florida’s vibrant urban evolution for more than 40 years.

My most recent pay test was for a 12-hour-per-week internet job for $9,500. For months, my sister's friend has been making an average of 15,000, and she puts in about 20 hours every week. As soon as I gave it a try, I was shocked at how simple it was. Do this instead—————>>> supercash75.blogspot.com
