Xmatkuil Fair’s restaurant area, ready to receive visitors

The president of the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac), Claudia González Góngora, said that the 41 premises that will be used at the Xmatkuil Fair have already been rehabilitated by the 12 commercial brands that will be participating, so that they can be ready for use after two years of not being used before the closing of the fairgrounds.

On the subject, the business leader said that these spaces are ready to receive people visiting the fairgrounds and arriving at the food court at this site.

“The electrical, hydraulic and gas installations were revised, and all the necessary repairs were made. Let’s remember that the fair was closed for two years. All the restaurants that are going to participate, enter with a correct food handling to give priority to food safety,” he explained.

González Góngora mentioned that there will be promotions and affordable prices for those who attend the event.

“Each restaurant manages its own schedules, as well as promotions. There will be an important gastronomic offer, from pizzas, hamburgers, Yucatecan food, hamburgers, sushi, snacks. The prices will be accessible for those who decide to attend,” he said.
