They also manufacture static seals for the engine of high-end vehicles of the Lexus brand, belonging to Toyota, with a large presence in the United States.

This 60,000 m2 factory is located in the Central Business Park (CBP), within the Hunucmá industrial corridor. In its first stage of construction, it covered 15,000 m2, and in the second, 13,000 m2, and will generate one thousand direct jobs and five thousand indirect jobs in the next five years.

Governor Mauricio Vila Dosal pointed out that the state authorities began to manage this investment in November 2018, before the arrival of the pandemic many companies stopped their plans, and until today they are resuming business, so it is a good opportunity for Yucatan to show its benefits to international investors.
