Works to improve the urban image continue in the Port of Progreso

Progreso, Yucatán, (January 8, 2022).- On the instructions of Mayor Julián Zacarías Curi and with the aim of continuing with the improvement of the urban image of the port, painting works were carried out on Calle 88 between 39 and 41, in Progreso’s La Ciénega 2000 neighborhood.

To supervise these works, Mayor Julián Zacarías attended, accompanied by Engineer Luis Castro Naal, Director of Urban Development and Public Works, in order to verify that everything is done in order.

It should be noted that for these works were used: 15 gallons of paint, 5 metallic extensions 1.5 – 3.0m, 5 extensions of 1.2m – 2.4m, 00 high-density professional 9 ”rollers, 5 professional 4” brushes, 5 Premium brushes 4 “, 5 brushes for the teacher 4” and 1 maximum gold paint bucket.

“With this new image, we have had positive results from the residents of this neighborhood, they are happy and we will continue working to improve the urban image of this area, which has been forgotten by past administration,” added the Mayor.

For his part, Luis Castro Naal stated that the maintenance of streets and facades will continue “We have the mandate of the mayor to provide better spaces and services to the community and we are fulfilling it.” Julián Zacarias Curi concluded.
