Two people were arrested for holding a clandestine party in the Mulchechen neighborhood of Kanasin
KANASÍN, Yuc. – SSP, (January 17, 2022).- Officers of the Kanasín Municipal Police, in coordination with agents from the Yucatan Secretariat of Public Security and State Health Secretary personnel, arrested two people last Saturday 15th, for organizing a clandestine party in Colonia Mulchechén in which at least 30 minors participated.

The clandestine party involved not only alcoholic beverages but also marijuana, cocaine and crystal, and even an adult show organized by clowns. The organizers promoted the party on a private property through social networks, charging admission at $50.

According to the official part, this Saturday 15th, at 11:30 p.m., elements of the Kanasín Municipal Police were carrying out a surveillance tour of Colonia Mulchechén when they received the report of a party being held on Calle 59 between 68 and 66. Neighbors of the site reported that loud music was playing on a property, there were people scandalizing and a very strong smell of what seemed to be marijuana.

The elements of the corporation verify that a clandestine party was being held in the place, for which they request support from elements of the SSP and the Satet Health Secretary. Upon entering the place they observe about 60 people, of whom approximately 30 were minors. Upon reviewing the site, they observe that there were not only beers and liqueurs but also marijuana, cocaine and crystal.

Due to the foregoing, and upon verifying that it was a clandestine party, the owner of the place named Daniel Antonio M.T. and the party organizer Jimy Joaquín M.T. were arrested and taken to the public jail for the corresponding purposes.
