A good way to keep your lungs healthy is by engaging in regular exercises and eating a healthy diet. A healthy diet helps you go a long way and keeps you off any ailment. In India, with the increase in air pollution and population that smokes, respiratory illnesses are on an all-time high.

Now it is not so easy to be healthy and take care of yourself, there are a lot of fast food, temptations and strange lifestyles of programmers and office workers everywhere. I am now using multivitamin tablets for men to improve this somehow.
