Michoacan, (December 09, 2021).- Members of a criminal cell of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) carried out armed attacks with drones loaded with explosives against inhabitants of Villa Victoria, the municipal seat of Chinicuila, Michoacán.
The attacks, which were recorded on video, were extended to members of the National Guard, who repelled the criminal group in the early hours of this Wednesday.
Several families survived the CJNG attacks, which have already completed 24 hours in that area of Michoacán, adjacent to Colima.

The offensive began during the first minutes of Tuesday on the shores of the town and this morning it extended to the center of the municipal seat.
Victims took refuge in rooms and bathrooms due to shooting attacks
The victims reported that some of the families managed to leave their homes as soon as they began to hear the shots from the armed group against their homes, while other people took refuge in their rooms and bathrooms.
Minutes later, the command resumed the attack with drones loaded with C-4 explosives, with no reports of deaths or injuries so far.
The explosive charges left considerable material damage to the houses.
CJNG attacks the National Guard
In the morning, the armed group attacked National Guard personnel, for which the elements responded to the confrontation that lasted for at least a couple of hours in that area of Michoacán.
The National Guard is on alert for the possibility of other offensives by the criminal group, for which an operation was deployed in that place that has been the target of constant armed attacks by the CJNG
