Mérida, Yucatan, (December 14, 2021).- The Thursday serenades are back in the Santa Lucía park . A few weeks ago, given the decrease in cases of the coronavirus in the state and, therefore, in the Yucatecan capital , this old tradition was reactivated, which is to the taste of lovers of trova and culture.

And for this reason, week after week the programs that the City Council’s Culture Directorate has for the public are presented, and which begin at 9 at night, always with free access in this traditional park on Calle 55th by 60th, Downtown Mérida.

Access is free, but as we are still in a pandemic, there will be a controlled capacity with a maximum of 250 attendees, and all people are asked to wear face masks and respect security measures, to enjoy our culture responsibly.
