With the purpose of alerting people who use Uber’s services and other transportation online platforms, a young man named Adrián V. C., broadcast in his social networks a series of images where you can see several people offering their active Uber accounts at a low cost.
“Be careful , researching a FB publication, it turns out that that there is people selling their Uber, Cabify and other platforms accounts’.
This alert is a wake-up call both to the online platforms and citizens who risk themselves at taking a taxi with a driver that could have a “fake” account.
After reviewing the images shared online, it was detected that there is a Facebook group where people across the country sell their good rated Uber accounts.
With the slogan ‘UBER unblocks, sales advisories. all about Uber rejected’, the Facebook group where these Uber accounts are sold, has 3,069 members who every day offer accounts with good ratings, including personal delivery.
It should be remembered that this complaint supports the case of several people who have reported robberies in taxis that take through various platforms.
This is just one more example of how organized crime is diversifying in the AMLO people, so we recommend the population to be very careful and alert when using Uber, Cabify and other online platforms.
