Seven restaurants will actively participate in the celebration of the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, according to the Chamber of the Restaurant Industry and Spiced Food (Canirac).
Alejandra Pacheco Montero the head of the Canirac stressed that these restaurants will be official sponsors of the event, and they will offer the laureates and attendees of the summit to chance to taste typical Yucatecan food of the region.
These 7 restaurants that will participate in the event will comply with all hygiene and health standards.
“We are very privileged to be part of the sponsors of the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, an event of worldwide importance. Even president Lopez Obrador mentioned the state of Yucatan during his daily press conference today, and talked about the way our state leads the way on the issue of security, and this is absolutely vital for the tourism sector, ”said Pacheco Montero.

“We are very proud to be participating as sponsors of the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, it is very important to highlight the fact that all participating restaurants meet the hygiene and health requirements requested ”.
The head of the Canirac acknowledged that all participating restaurants are ready to face what is coming for next weekend.
“We are prepared to serve 7 thousand people per day, we have enough capacity to supply 800 meals per hour throughout the day,” said Carlos Cárdenas, president of the Canirac youth commission.
