According to the report, the 16-year-old girl abandoned her home in Mérida’s Colonia Roma, on her own will.
However, after being located by State Public Security agents in the Yucatan capital, the girl was handed over to their relatives after the corresponding legal proceedings.
As we reported on The Yucatan Times, Trinity R. A., 16, was also found on Thursday September 26th, and was taken to the “Center for comprehensive attention to homeless minors (Centro de atención integral al menor en desamparo: Caimede).
Only one of the three girls that went missing in the west of Mérida in the last weeks, is still to be found; but it is worth mentioning that in other parts of Mexico, dozens of people go missing every week, and just a small average is finally located.
