Would you like to attend the Ricky Martin’s concert this September 21? Here is how you can get the tickets.
An attendance of 25 thousand people is expected at the concert. 20 thousand tickets will be delivered for those who give 2 kilos of rice or beans in exchange at the established exchange points and 5,000 will be made available with a “recovery fee”, which will cover part of the logistics and operation expenses.
So far, the exchange points confirmed are: International Congress Center (CIC), Palacio de la Música, Centro Megamedia (as of Thursday, August 29); Monday to Friday from 11 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon.
Ticket are available for sale on the website www.yucatanforpeace.com, and in Mérida at the following points: Cinemex Plaza Galerías and Cinepolis Plaza Altabrisa. The opening hours are from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Ricky Martin will donate his performance in the “Yucatan for Peace”, which means no cost for the State Government and this event can be carried out thanks to the participation of several sponsors.
“Yucatán for Peace” is also presented by Grupo Kekén with the participation of companies such as Grupo Logra, Bimbo, Facebook and Mobility ADO.
The Nobel Peace Prize Summit will be held in Mérida from September 19 to 22.
This event has confirmed, so far, 27 laureates among them are former presidents Frederik Willem de Klerk from South Africa; Juan Manuel Santos from Colombia, José Ramos Horta from East Timor; Lech Walesa from Poland; Lord David Trimble, Prime Minister of Northern Ireland; as well as Shirin Ebadi, Leymah Gbowee; Tawakkol Karman, Rigoberta Menchú Tum, Kailash Satyarthi, Jody Williams, among other Peace Nobel Prize Laureates.
