Mexico to file terrorism lawsuit
For the first time in history, Mexico will file a complaint for terrorism against nationals in the United States, as well as the request for extradition of the executioner of the massacre in El Paso, Texas, said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Marcelo Ebrard, Casaubón.
