Starting next Friday, July 26 and until Sunday, August 4, another edition of the Tunich Craft Fair will take place in Dzitya, Yucatán, just two miles off Periférico, to support and promote the products of Yucatecan artisans and other states of the country.
In the event, which takes place in the Dzityá community (Mérida municipality), 124 local artisans and 45 artisans from Michoacán, Guanajuato and Jalisco will participate.
Every year the Tunich Artisan Fair opens its doors to offer local, national and foreign visitors a wide range of gastronomic, cultural and artisan alternatives.
People can acquire a wide variety of traditional hand-made items such as unique textiles, wood in attractive designs, beautiful objects in stone and fine jewelry.
Also, there will be performances by artists from the region.
The Fair will be open from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. And on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
