Grupo Anderson’s S.A. de C.V. was founded by Mr. Carlos Anderson in 1963. Their first restaurant was “Anderson’s” located on Mexico City’s iconic Paseo de la Reforma.
Now based in Cancún, Grupo Anderson’s has developed several restaurant concepts throughout the years, including Carlos’n Charlie’s, Señor Frog’s, Carlos O’Brian’s and El Squid Roe… and now they have another brand under their umbella: La Vicenta, where you can enjoy what ofr many is “the crown jewel” of Mexican Food: Chiles en Nogada.
