As published on The Yucatan Times on Friday July 19th, the Attorney General of Quintana Roo, Óscar Montes de Oca Rosales, declared that the search of a nightclub in the hotel zone of Cancún was part of the investigation into the kidnapping of two young tourists.
And on Saturday July 20, the Attorney General of the State Quintana Roo informs that within Investigation File 509/2019, through the Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Kidnapping Investigation, it provided test data collected with a field research work, which were valued by a judge, who granted four arrest warrants against the same number of people, charged with the crime of kidnapping.
The arrest warrants were issued against José “N”, Jimmy “N”, Marco “N” and Víctor “N”, who were detained, and admitted to the Social Readaptation Center CERESO of Cancun.
The Attorney General of the State of Quintana Roo confirms its commitment with society and guarantees an investigation in accordance with the law and with full respect for human rights.
