The Sports MID Fitness and Wellness Expo returns to Mérida, July 13 and 14 at Siglo XXI Convention Center.
The fourth edition of the event that brings together the best of the world of fitness, sports and health, returns to the Siglo 21, on July 13 and 14 with exhibitions, classes, conferences, products, clothing and for the first time an exhibition MMA fight.
The event will feature free fitness classes, as well as the impressive 3rd Calisthenics Bars Workout Motivation Tournament – MBW.
You will also have the International Certification of Tae Kwon Do and exhibitions by students from the Lara Schools.
For the first time, all the adrenaline of the Mixed Martial Arts will feature a presentation long expected in the state capital.
In addition, there will be talks and conferences with experts, the best shops and suppliers in food supplements, nutrition, sport clothing of the best brands, sports equipment, training centers specials and other great promotions.
For the fourth consecutive year, the Expo Sports MID Fitness and Wellness will be held in Mérida, with the best of the world of fitness, sports and health.
The 4th Mérida Sports & Fitness Expo will be held on July 13 and 14 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm in the Chichén Itzá Hall of the Yucatán Siglo XXI Convention Center.
