Bring your dog to “El Remate” on Sunday April 28, and participate in “Patitas Azteca” 2019!

Looking to raise awareness among society about the importance to care for pets, in addition to promoting proper medical practices, the “Patitas Azteca” walk will take place at the remate del Paseo de Montejo, in Mérida, Yucatán on Sunday April 28.

This event, that has been held for more than two years in different parts of the country, for the first occasion comes to the Yucatecan capital.

The march will take place next Sunday, April 28 and will start and finish on the Paseo de Montejo Remate, in a five-kilometer journey and where the participation of 400 canine specimens accompanied by their owners is expected.

As part of the event, the SSP K-9 police unit will have an exhibition; and the Ministry of Public Security will install a module to apply for free rabies vaccines and sterilization procedures (spay and neuter surgeries) for pets.
