Growth in real estate sector attracts specialized firms to Mérida

The JLL Mexico company started operations in Mérida thanks to the growth of the real estate sector and the need for advice and consultancy on real estate projects

Specializing in professional services for real estate and investment management, JLL Mexico already works on projects in the city after its arrival at the end of last year.

Currently the firm advises the Orion Business Hub project, a property with spaces equipped for corporate offices, commercial premises, warehouses and amenities with rental and sale options. Adriana Ceballos, who has worked with the firm in Guadalajara and Queretaro, heads the office in the Yucatecan capital.

“We are very excited for this new adventure in the southeast Mexico Real Estate market. A very important part of the success of the office as well as the experience of the firm is having Adriana Ceballos, who directs our operations in the region and is originally from Mérida, “stated Hector Klerian, international director of JLL Mexico.

“JLL Mérida has a team of expert advisors with vast knowledge of the local market”, Héctor Klerian continued.

“There is no doubt that the opening of these offices will add a lot of success to JLL and that we will be able to fill a niche in the growing market of the city,” confirmed Adriana Ceballos, operations director at JLL Mérida.
