Homún, Yucatán; November 30, 2018.- In compliance with the provisions of the Judicial Authority, personnel from the State Department of Urban Development and Environment (Seduma) carried out the order for the temporary closure of the Porcine Food Production farm (PAPO) ), located in this municipality.

Officials of the state agency, headed by the legal director, Karen Aguirre Bates, carried out the procedure of placing the stamps of temporary closure on the site entrance and notified the situation to Pedro Damián Torres Peraza, representative of the company, who was informed and was given in writing, the suspension measure, which establishes that in a maximum period of 15 working days the pigs that are raised on the farm must be removed from the place.

According to the document, once the animals are removed, the company must inform Seduma of the fulfillment of the order.

It is worth mentioning that the head of the Fourth District Court, Miriam Jesús Cámara Patrón, issued an agreement on November 26 to comply with the judicial order, and therefore ordered to take appropriate security measures to comply with said suspensions.

The agreement was notified to Seduma on November 29, so the agency proceeded to comply with the order on Friday November 30, in a timely manner, with the disposition of the Judicial Authority.
