The business sector of the state expect a spill of up to 6 billion pesos as well as the participation of more than 10,000 establishments throughout the state during the eighth edition of ‘”EL BUEN FIN“, anticipated the National Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Merida (Canaco Servytur).

The president of that organization, Michel Salum Francis, stressed that from Friday, November 16 and until Monday 19, thousands of businesses will offer the Yucatecans and regional visitors, specials and promotions in a wide array of different products such as cell phones, computers , clothing, appliances, cars, medical services, food, just to mention a few.

“EL BUEN FIN” in Yucatan has very high expectations, since it reached the goal of 10,000 registered businesses, which guarantees that an economic spill of more than 6 billion pesos, of which 3 billion pesos will be spent through electronic commerce, “he stressed.

Salum Francis indicated that each year this scheme of selling with specials and unique promotions has somehow consolidated and positioned in the preference of consumers, and they are joined by the state and municipal governments, which paied their workers a percentage of their “aguinaldo” (Christmas bonus) in advanced, which helps the domestic market to be more dynamic.

Salum Francis stressed that in these eight years of ‘El Buen Fin‘, the trade sector of the country and the state has matured on participating in this type of sales scheme, and have adopted it as an important (and expected) event in the calendar, because large volume sales are generated for many businesses.

The success of this scheme of selling and buying is that during the four days of this event the shops or service providers offer discounts ranging from 15 to 30% discount or more, in addition to having special promotions of zero-interest monthly payments with credit cards.
