ADO invests in new vehicles for Merida route

ADO, the leading Mexican company in integral mobility, recently acquired 14 new VW Oriente model vehicles.

This acquisition renews the company’s fleet for the route between Mérida and Seyé, Yucatán which will benefit more than 50 thousand users who use this service in a monthly basis, traveling between these two destinations within the state of Yucatán.

The new VW Oriente Volksbus 9,150 FEB units will offer a much better travel experience to users, with air conditioning, reclining seats, more space between seats, panoramic windows and a bigger trunk for luggage.

These mid-sized buses, in addition to offer a significant improvement in transportation service for the users, is friendly with the environment, having a Cummis ISF engine 160 HP, to improve the fuel efficiency for each kilometer traveled, go a step further in the evolution of mobility and continue to set trends in the transport industry.

“With this new injection of capital, ADO will have the capacity to make around 2,500 monthly trips between Mérida and Seyé, with all the amenities that will make the transfers a unique experience for our users”, stated Eduardo Córdova, ADO’s General Manager for the Peninsular Region.
