Bazaars

There are also bazaars that are held periodically where local producers and distributors present their articles in a public place, such as the one that was held on September 15 and 16 in the Prado de Chuburna neighborhood in Mérida, the fifth edition of the Artisanal Bazaar, where 25 exhibitors offered visitors artisan sweets, tejuino, handmade syrups, jams, horchata, cleaning and personal care products, soaps, oils, menstrual cups or biodegradable deodorants, all made by local producers and with the goal of promoting ecological habits among the population.

Of course, Slow Food Market in García Ginerés features a wide array of organic food products, every Starurday.

There are other places that offer organic fruits and vegetables, such as the Mercadito de Montebello, where people can buy jicama tortillas. They also make home deliveries to the beach communities of Progreso and Telchac.

Also on social networks you can find sites that offer this type of products with home delivery or at a meeting point.

And if you go online, the possibilities are countless: ecological diapers, feminine cloth towels, ecological bags for shopping, napkins, cornstarch straws and cutlery and many more, with the possibility of being delivered to your door from anywhere in the world.
