Vacationers spotted a whale shark while they were fishing off the coast of Chuburna Puerto, Yucatán.
Chuburna Puerto is a small fishing village located on the northern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula, west of the port of Progreso, which has been transformed into a predominantly tourist destination thanks to its beautiful beaches.
The town is visited by national and foreign tourists, mostly during the summer months.

Two videos have been posted on social networks, on which you can listen to Andrea Medina Menéndez, Alejandra Alam Romero, Daniela Baeza Barceló and local fishermen who accompanied them react excited to the whale shark sighting.
