President Peña Nieto inaugurated the Palacio de la Música in Mérida Yucatán, on Monday June 25, 2018.

“I want Mexico to have a civic and democratic party on election day next Sunday,” President Enrique Peña Nieto said during his speech at the inauguration of the Palacio de la Música in Mérida.

He made a recount of his campaign closure together with Governor Rolando Zapata Bello six years ago in Yucatan and asked the electors to think and reevaluate the proposals postulated by the candidates for the different positions and decide freely in the coming election.

Peña Nieto emphasized that the people of Yucatán should decide freely who their authorities will be in the next six-year period, so the democratic exercise will be celebrated in peace and order.

Peña Nieto officially delivered to the Yucatan government the Palacio de la Música, located in Mérida.
