Through social networks, a diving service provider denounced one of their colleagues for bad practices during a diving session at the Arrecifes de Cozumel Marine Park.

On his Facebook account, Marqui Montana shared a photograph of a diver holding a toadfish in his hands while diving at the spot known as “Paraiso” in the south of the island.

The image was harshly criticized by other divers, who stressed that this type of action is precisely what is sought to avoid.

The photo was sent to Christopher Arturo González Baca, director of the marine park who said that the case will be investigated.
