Girl from Valladolid to represent Mexico in the Beauty World International 2018 contest

VALLADOLID.- On Friday, May 4 Emily Reyes Polanco, 7 years old, was crowned as Mini Mexico in the Baby 2018 category in Guamúchil, Sinaloa, where she competed again other six girls from other states of the country.

After several months of preparation with the help of Napoleon Machado and Yarizaide, the Vallisoletana girl represented Yucatan in the Mini Mexico 2018 contest, in the Baby category.

The competition consisted of four stages, in which the child stood out for its elegance and charisma.

The first phase was the one of stylized suit, in which the girl worn a dress called “Mexican treasure”, of the designer Julio Polanco, which represented the mariachi costume.

Due to her great performance, the Valladolid representative won the talent test after dancing tap before the judges.

Sports challenge

Subsequently, the sports challenge phase was carried out, which consisted of a rally of recreational activities.

The second stage consisted of wearing an evening dress in which Emily wore an elegant pink dress.

After the deliberation of the judges, Emily Reyes Polanco was crowned as Mini Mexico in the Baby 2018 category.

Her parents, Isaac Reyes and Micaela Polanco, accompanied and supported her throughout the event. In the month of September Emily will represent Mexico in the Beauty World International 2018 contest that will take place in the Dominican Republic.
