The emergency number 911 in the city of Cancun Quintana Roo, received a call on Friday May 4th, around 9 in the morning, reporting a lifeless body located on Boulevard Kukulcán at kilometer 26.5, five kilometers away from Punta Nizuc, near Cancun’s Hotel Zone.
Preliminary reports only indicate that the executed is a male. Municipal, federal, ministerial authorities and personnel of the Gendarmerie arrived on site within minutes, to cordon off the area and conduct the corresponding investigations.
The Forensic Medical Service team (Semefo) also arrived to lift the body, and take it to a laboratory to perform the necropsy of the law.
