Yucatan Real Estate prices on the rise: Propiedades.com

The prices of houses in the state, especially the residential area of Mérida, have increased by at least 100,000 pesos compared to 2017, and they are offered from 1,950,000 pesos to 4,000,000 pesos in the northern neighborhoods of Mérida, according to information from the real estate potal propiedades.com where prices, size and age of properties are mentioned, as well as the percentage of offer by type of property and other statistics of the sector.

In the case of the apartments in the north of Mérida, prices range from one 1,650,000 pesos to over 4,000,000 pesos.

Regardless of the statistics of that portal, the state delegation of the National Chamber of the Housing Industry (Canadevi) indicated that the prices of social interest houses in the state range from 350,000 pesos, which is classified as traditional, to 600,000 pesos.

In the areas mentioned above, house prices range from 1, 372,000 pesos to 3,900,000 thousand pesos.

As for apartments, 10 zones have the largest offer: Santa Gertrudis Copó, 18%; Temozón Norte, 17%; Montebello, 15%; Montes de Amé, 11%; Altabrisa, 8%; Monte Cristo, 5%; San Ramón Norte, 4%; Chuburna de Hidalgo, 3%; San Antonio Cucul and Colonia Yucatan, both with 1%.

The prices of apartments range from 1,594,000 pesos to 4,692,400 pesos.

When it come to the common features in the houses for sale, the portal details that on average, these have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, garage for two vehicles, and most of the properties are new.
