Manuel Briceño, commercial manager of Grupo R4, highlighted the elegance of this residential development, unique in the area of Progreso, Chicxulub and Telchac.
He also revealed that Puerto Lindo will have three types of residences: Aurora, Coral and Stella, with three, two and one bedroom respectively.
Prices will fluctuate between 980,000 and 1,000,650 pesos, and the first stage – made up of 50 houses – is already in the pre-sale stage, with homes almost ready for delivery in August.
The complex will feature an exclusive beach club, linear park, sports facilities, exhibition area, bike path, culture house, pet park, outdoor gym, educational and sports centers, as well as commercial premises.
