The Yucatan coast has been synonymous with tranquility and good living for locals and foreigners who have visited the emblematic ports of the state, and Chelem is not the exception.
The port of Chelem is a picturesque fishing village part of the Progreso municipality, which is located 30 kilometers north from the state capital, where Yucatecan company Grupo HOGAR develops an ambitious real estate project, Puerto Lindo.
Living on the beach is the dream of many families today, so Puerto Lindo is designed for people who are looking for new experiences and a change in their lives in a quiet and carefree environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The project was conceived 5 years ago, explained Rodrigo Rosas Cantillo, director of the R4 Group, who decided to make use of his experience in the field of real estate to launch the initiative.
The complex will feature more than 900 houses divided into three prototypes designed to meet the different needs of the market, “it is a unique project, there is no other like it in the area; nor will there be another due to lack of space” he said.
Marco Bautista, director of operations of the project, stressed that it is an innovative idea and with a view to growth, whose logic will go in parallel direction to the growth of the state.
In this sense, he revealed that the project is designed to grow vertically and constantly, since it will be favored by the economic zone of the port of Progreso, its high altitude port, as well as the investments coming from abroad; factors that will combine to achieve growth in an orderly manner.
Manuel Briceño, commercial manager of Grupo R4, highlighted the elegance of this residential development, unique in the area of Progreso, Chicxulub and Telchac.
He also revealed that Puerto Lindo will have three types of residences: Aurora, Coral and Stella, with three, two and one bedroom respectively.
Prices will fluctuate between 980,000 and 1,000,650 pesos, and the first stage – made up of 50 houses – is already in the pre-sale stage, with homes almost ready for delivery in August.
The complex will feature an exclusive beach club, linear park, sports facilities, exhibition area, bike path, culture house, pet park, outdoor gym, educational and sports centers, as well as commercial premises.
The excellent location of Puerto Lindo, will allow you to combine the tranquility of a cozy port, with the beauty of its emerald green beaches, coupled with the spectacular sunsets that will make its residents enjoy the extraordinary quality of life that the port of Chelem has to offer .
