Prior to the departure, the director general of the social assistance organization, José Limber Sosa Lara, reported that for the second time he will support the state of Chiapas, now with a cargo of 32 tons thanks to the solidarity of Yucatecans.

“With this show of unity, we tell those who go through an emergency that the people of Yucatan are generous. All the donations, no matter the size, allow us to gather volumes like the four we have sent. Here in this truck is leaving the affection of a society with an altruistic spirit who responds to this misfortune to help its brothers from other states,” she said.
