“Mercadito Luxury Pop Up Store” is an innovative concept that features an open space that invites customers to experience an interaction between the brand and themselves, providing them with a different and exclusive shopping concept.
Next Saturday December 17th the first edition of “Mercadito Luxury Pop Up Store” presented by Mini Cooper, will be held at Victory Platz (Avenida García Lavin in front of Ateneo), northern Merida (less than a mile from City Center).
From 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., free addmission. This initiative seeks to support the work of local creators through an original concept of sale. We want to generate an experience between the brand and the user that provides a different and exclusive component.
Mercadito Luxury Pop Up Store is actually considered a “work of art”, an installation that will be curated by Ana Ley (@ana__ley) Director of Mercadito, designed by the architects Zaida Briceño and Orlando Franco from “Fundamental” (@ fundamental.mx); accompanied by a musical selection of the best vinyl collection from the 60’s to the present. And a wine tasting of the “Australian Yellowtail” will also be offered during the event.
Mercadito will feature 50 luxury design proposals of local and national creatives mainly focused on clothing, footwear, jewelry, furniture and cosmetics.

Fundamental, as their name says, they go back to the root, to everything that is natural, working with different woods of the region to create spaces and objects of the highest quality.
