HRC is proud to join with major multinational employers in Mexico, Dow and J.P. Morgan Chase, as well as PEMEX, the Mexican state-owned petroleum company, for the launch of this year’s CEI. Over the last decade, the CEI has become a major driver of progress for LGBTQ workers around the world. Responding to the most rigorous evaluation in the history of the CEI, a record number of companies will earn a 100 percent rating this year, reflecting the adoption of vital LGBTQ-inclusive policies and practices — including global commitments to adopting sexual orientation and gender identity non-discrimination protections, establishing employee resource groups and offering trans-inclusive health benefits.
