Donald Trump took off around 10am from the Airport in Los Angeles, and his plane landed at the presidential hangar in Mexico City around 13:10 hours local time.
Due to flight delay and his “tight” agenda, the Mexican government provided the American businessman and Republican candidate to the US presidency with an airlift (Helicopter) from the hangar to the presidential mansion.
Initially sources said that Donald Trump would go to the Presidential mansion of Los Pinos by car under heavy security that would be in charge of federal and Mexico city governments. But at last minute, it was decided to use an aircraft instead.
Upon arrival, Terminal 2 of the Mexico City Benito Juarez International Airport (where the presidential hangar is located), was heavily guarded by agents of the Mexican Navy, Army, Federal Police and Mexico City Public Security, in order to prevent any kind of “situation” while Mr. Trump is in Mexico.
