

After a succesful fifth edition in Mérida, the LGBT Confex International Business & Tourism Forum will provide a meeting place for professionals and suppliers who see the LGBT community as an important market segment, as well as for businesses that offer an inclusive workplace.
The World Trade Center in Mexico City will be the venue for the event, which will take place October 26-27 with 60 exhibitors in attendance.
They will be joined by 30 featured speakers, who will explain the realities and trends affecting the principal theme for this year’s LGBT Confex: “Inclusive Innovation: We create, we innovate and we revolutionize.”
LGBT Confex is an organization focused on creating a dialogue to promote and strengthen the economic, sociocultural and humanitarian empowerment in alternative spaces of high quality in business, training and information for LGBTI market in Mexico and Latin America; through the congregation of enterprises, institutions and organizations with principles and activities in behalf of the generation of related strategies.

LGBT Confex explores the primordial needs and tastes of the LGBTI market that allow stakeholders; including government, business, society, entrepreneurs and all those inclusive persons in this segment to work together in seeking integral solutions to the main issues that afflict this important sector in the country, not just on economic issues, but in all fields.
They seek to strengthen the development of the entrepreneurial culture among the different sectors (government, business, social, academic and entrepreneurship) regarding the different issues faced by the LGBTI community within organizations and in other areas.
They also seek to promote the rapprochement among government, business, social, academic and entrepreneurial sectors to the LGBTI segment as a market niche.
