49-year-old Mexican actress Salma Hayek has joined the cast of Ryan Reynold‘s new action film “The Hitman’s Bodyguard,” according to Deadline.
It is still unclear what role Hayek will be playing but Reynold’s will play the world’s top bodyguard who’s hired to protect Samuel Jackson‘s hit man.
The two have 24 hours to get to the Hague before Eastern European dictator, played by Gary Oldman, captures them.
Production is set to start in April and we can’t wait to see what kind of role Hayek will play.
Alongside her, Elodie Yung has also joined the cast but no word on what role she will be playing.
Hayek is going 100 miles a minute with all the films she’s working on and we aren’t complaining.
