PROGERSO YUCATAN.- The Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection (Profepa), Yucatán Delegation, shut down a construction on land located in Yucalpetén close to the sea.
The closure resulted from an operation carried out since last week and this current one.
The land is located in the marina´s access area and apparently belongs to the Attorney General of the State of Yucatan. Profepa Workers installed two signs as indication of the closing of this work for non-compliance with the conditions established in the Environmental Impact Authorization issued by the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources.
