A man was left unconscious on a bench after being beaten by strangers outside a brothel located at the 93rd region in Cancun.
On Sunday March 1st at 8 AM, neighbors reported a dying person on a bench located on Puerto Juarez Avenue, near Kabah Street.
Emergency services found the subject on the street, dressed in a t-shirt, jeans and black shoes. Proper identification couldn’t be made because of his condition, and he was promptly transferred to the General Hospital for medical attention.
The initial report from the paramedics identified several contusions on his face and additional injuries on his torso.
According to witnesses at the scene, the victim was leaving the premises and was about to enter his vehicle when two men, apparently bouncers at the brothel, intercepted him and beat him up.
The municipal police has begun an investigation.
Last August, the Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado rescued a 15 year old minor from a brothel a few blocks from the beating incident.
