Exhibitors that participated in Expo ANTAD & Alimentaria México 2018 earlier this month, stated they observed a busiest business meeting year after year, with greater security and featuring innovative products.
One of the novelties highlighted by the entrepreneurs was the presence of Campeche, which was the guest state. The Campeche stand at the Expo offered typical products of the region such as honey, cochinita pibil, shrimp, fruit derivatives and even craft beer among others.
Expo ANTAD 2018 featured conferences and talks on national and international issues, which conclusions will serve as a guide to professionalize their tourism services and products.
On the other hand, the exhibitors of El Yucateco habanero sauce, who have been visiting ANTAD for more than a decade, said that they see more business opportunities and better spaces for the presentation of products, yar after year.
This year they brought the black sauce, with habanero chili totally tatemados, that brings a that spicy hot smoked flavor that will enhance any dish.
“Now that we bring this new product, people come to see and try it, we have almost been in the same place during these years, and we continue to see that there is a lot of security, a lot of coordination, everything of first quality here”, said Omar Vázquez, manager of national sales of El Yucateco, a 100% Yucatecan company.
