MERIDA – The Directorate of Municipal Public Services informs that due to celebrations for the Virgin of Guadalupe, garbage collection companies Servilimpia, Sana and Corbase will suspend work on Tuesday Dec. 12 and Wednesday Dec. 13. Officials urge citizens to take the necessary precautions and not discard their household waste until Thursday Dec. 14, when the service will resume.
Among the colonies and subdivisions where the service will be suspended by Servilmpia are San Antonio Kaua 1, 2 and 3; San José Vergel 2, 3 and 4; Chichén Itzá, Amalia Solórzano, Miraflores, Jardines de Miraflores, Emilio Portes Gil, Fidel Velázquez and Pacabtún.
In the case of Sana some of the colonies affected are Melitón Salazar; Downtown, from 60th Street to 64th Street and 85th Street to 95th Street; San Antonio Xluch 1 and 2, Emiliano Zapata Sur 1,2 and 3; Castilla Cámara, Delio Moreno Cantón, Villa Magna Sur, Serapio Rendón; fractionation Los Héroes, and Bojorquez.
The service will be suspended also in the following towns: Santa Cruz Palomeque, Xmatkuil, Molas, Chablekal, Xcanatun, Cholul and Santa Gertudris Copó. Corbase won’t provide the service to the following colonies: Juan Pablo II, Nora Quintana, Yucalpetén, Bosques del Poniente, Mulsay, Xoclán, Xoclán Canto, Xoclán Santos, Xoclán Carmelitas, Fracc. Bosques de Mulsay and Ciudad Caucel.
