For those cases where customers choose not to fly in the rescheduled itinerary, the airline made available to its customers the possibility of making the change in their flight to and from Merida without charge, only for flights with original departure date on August 8 to and from Merida, and the new flight date must not exceed the next 90 calendar days, excluding holidays.

The change on flights and dates can be made through the telephone lines of the airline 01 (800) 272 0248 in Mexico.
