Rainy Weekend in Mérida and the whole Yucatan Peninsula

Today in Mérida we will have showers and thunderstorms – a few could contain very heavy rain, especially during the afternoon. The maximum temperature will reach 81F (27C). With winds from the East at 5 to 10 mph.

There is 95% of Humidity, with 80% chance of rain; a UV Index of 10 points which is considered very high, and even if it looks cloudy, remember that you have to be careful with solar radiation, and so sunscreen, shirt, hat and sunglasses are recommended.

Rainy weather will prevail until the evening, and there is a chance of scattered thunderstorms overnight. The minimum temperature will be of 74F (23C), with winds from the Southeast at 5 to 10 mph, and 80% chance of rain.

On Saturday June 7th, we will have partly to mostly cloudy skies, with a chance of thunderstorms, and a high of 86F (29C).

More scattered showers and thunderstorms later at night, a low near 75F (23C), and winds from the Southeast at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%

And finally, on Sunday June 8th, we will have more thunderstorms ,  a maximum of 85F (28C) and a minimum of 74F (23C), winds from the Southeast at 5 to 10 mph, and 70% chance of rain.
