Rainy weekend is expected for the Yucatan Peninsula

Due to the cold front number 55, which is considered the last of this season, Mérida will remain cloudy with a slight chance of rain, although with less intensity. The maximum temperature will be of 85F (29ºC) with winds from the Northeast at 10 to 20 mph.

We will have 70% of humidity, a UV index of 10 points which is considered very high and therefore sunscreen, shirt, hat and sunglasses are recommended (even if it looks cloudy).

For tonight the lowest temperature will be of 67F (19ºC) with chance of widely scattered showers or a thunderstorm.

For Saturday, we will have party cloudy skies with a maximum temperature of 91F (33ºC) and a low of 71F (22ºC). The chance of rain will be of 20% with winds from the Northeast at 13 mph.

On Sunday, partly cloudy skies will continue with a maximum temperature of 94F (34ºC) and a minimum of 74F (23ºC). 20% chance of rain and winds from the Northeast at 12 mph.
