According to the National Water Commission, dry and stable conditions are expected in the Yucatan Peninsula for today and tomorrow with a significant increase in temperatures and winds up to 40 km/h (24 mph) due to an anticyclonic circulation generated in the eastern Gulf of Mexico.

The Director of CONAGUA, Roberto Pinzón Álvarez forecasts favorable weather conditions for the Yucatan Peninsula with minimum temperatures of 18ºC (64ºF) and 33ºC (91ºF) as the maximum.

However, the weather conditions could change by next Friday, with chances of  light to moderate rainfall in the region. These precipitation conditions could last until Saturday but temperatures will remain up in the 90s.

According to CONAGUA, today and tomorrow maximum temperatures will range between 32ºC (89ºF) and 35ºC (95ºF) for most of the day, (maybe even 36ºC (96ºF)), while nights and mornings will stay fresh with minimums that will range between 15ºC (59ºF) and 19ºC (66ºF).
