Paul McCartney will rock at Chichen Itza

This morning the Governor Ivonne Ortega Pacheco announced through her Twitter account that the ex Beatle Paul McCartney will perform a concert in the exotic city of Chichen Itza this year.

As a part of a world tour, where the ex- Beatle will say good bye to the stages, Yucatan will be one of the seven cities in the world included in the good bye tour.

The governor point out later on in an interview that the negotiation is in its final stage, there is not a signed contract yet nor a date for the concert, nevertheless if the artist`s schedule if open on March 21 during the summer equinox the state government will do the necessary adjustments to make it possible.

Even when there is not a signed contract or a define date for the performance, the federal government as well as the state government are promoting already the visit of Sir Paul McCartney to Yucatan.
