To the Governor Ivonne Ortega Pacheco, who led the ceremony, the representative of the Three Branches of Government, José Rubén Ruiz Ramírez commented on the implementation of constitutional control mechanisms and the establishment of the Attorney General and the Public Defender to provide citizenship elements real and effective access to justice.
“This not only results in a prompt administration of justice, but also the thorough and impartial justice as well, this is also evidence of joint efforts and healthy dialogue within the framework of respect for the separation of powers,” he added.

“Today we can say that the forward thinking of Cepeda Peraza is valid and that his educational work has continued and it is satisfactory, we will work tirelessly to keep the ideals of those visionaries who have made this institution a role model”.
